ENABLE2K word list notice

This project bundles the ENABLE2K English word list as a provisional offline
game lexicon. The bundled list has 173,528 entries. It was copied from the
enable2k.txt mirror in the hybrid-boggle wordlists repository:

ENABLE's upstream README describes the list as public domain, permits game
developers to incorporate and redistribute it, and requests that its
originators be credited. The upstream README credits Alan Beale and M. Cooper

ENABLE2K is a broad list dating from 2000. This build uses it for offline
prototype word checks; it is not the current North American tournament list.
The bundled data remains freely redistributable under its upstream public-
domain statement and must not be made non-redistributable as part of this app.

Scoring rule version 2 enables base-list two-letter words containing J/Q/X/Z
and separately supplements them with QI and ZA. The underlying ENABLE2K file
and the 3-7 letter wanted-word pools are unchanged. These individual words
were checked against Merriam-Webster's Scrabble Word Finder:
